Is the whale responding to the visuals or the audio? I'd like to see the top of the glass tank wall to see if the sound waves could travel over. You would think the glass would be too thick for the sound to travel through?
I'm pretty sure that beluga whales can hear loads of different frequencies of sound over long distances including through the hulls of ships, so I reckon there's a pretty good chance that it can hear that trumpet, and maybe the violin. Not too sure about the guitar...its definitely dancing with the visual of hats tho, isnt it? love it :D
